The baby, who as of yet remains unnamed, was deliverered this morning without complications.
Kim was originally due to give birth on Christmas day by casearean section, so the birth is several weeks earlier than expected.
But it has been confirmed that both the selfie-queen and the newborn are doing well.
Suffice to say, The Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon is set to break the internet for the second time, with Twitter ablaze with congratulations.
"#WELCOMEBABYBOYWEST CONGRATS TO KIM KARDASHIAN AND KANYE WEST ON THEIR SECOND BABY!! #teamkimye IM SO HAPPY FOR THEM OMG," one excited user wrote.
"Congrats to Kim & Kanye! I hope they called him West... Or Woody," another chipped in.
