1. You aren’t her number one

Another warning sign is if you aren’t the first person she talks to about her day – because she could be talking to someone else.

Listen to the kind of stories she tells you and see if anything has changed. For example, if she would always tell you about a funny co-worker but has completely clammed up then chances are something may be up.

If she’s sharing personal life details it’s also bad news as it hints towards an emotional connection with her other lover.

2. She changes her appearance

Cheaters are likely to put more effort into their looks if they’re trying to impress someone else. Watch out for changes in her figure, posture, make-up and fashion choices.

If she starts going from being a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal to a glamour puss then something could be afoot. But don’t necessarily pay attention to what she’s doing but what she’s doing differently.

3. She’s gone quiet

If she’s trying to cover something up then she’s less likely to share all the intimate details of her life with you.

This is simply because if she’s lying, she won’t want to get caught out when you press her for details. So if she comes home from a girly weekend with her friends but doesn’t talk about it, it could mean that she didn’t actually go away with her pals.

4. She’s too aggressive or too nice

If she flies off the handle when you try and have a calm discussion about your relationship it could mean that she feels guilty.

At the same time if she seems to be acting overly nice then she could be trying to deflect attention away from what she’s hiding.

5. Your sex life is just different

If she really is cheating then it could drastically change your sex life together – but not necessarily for the worse. If she suddenly wants to experiment with different positions and techniques when she was rather unadventurous before then it could mean she’s getting ideas elsewhere and bringing them back to your bedroom.
