Now the Ex on the Beach star has supported them, revealing she gets "a few every day".
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Jemma said: "Unless it's from my boyfriend, d***s aren't nice things. They are always minging.
"When I get them it makes me angry that these people think I want to see it – because I don't.
"Do they think I'll go, 'Oh, that's a nice d***. Can I please have your number?' Who does that?
"I don't know what reaction they're expecting. They're not going to get a naked picture back."
She continued: "In the beginning I'd reply and tell them to piss off, now I just delete them off Snapchat or Instagram. They want a reaction, but I won't give it to them.
"I got a video of one today. Actually w***ing. Full-on c** shot. Disgusting. It violates me."
When quizzed over whether the deluded fans ever send comments too, Jemma explained: "Someone sent me one the other day, it said 'I want this between your t**s.'
"And sometimes they'll say, 'Do you want to put this in your mouth?' It makes me feel ill.
"If I get a c** shot straight in my eye, it makes me feel sick for a few hours and I can't eat.
"If it's just a picture, although it's grim, I can get over it fairly quickly as I get them all the time."
